Spa Guidelines for a Relaxing Visit

We recommend scheduling your appointment before your visit. To ensure the best availability, we recommend booking your treatments at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. Space is limited and advance reservations are required. You may make an appointment in person, over the phone, or online.

We ask that you plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment as paperwork will be updated upon arrival. A robe and slippers will be provided to you when you have two or more services.

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for individuals and 48 hours for groups of 3 or more. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service price. No show will result in a 100% service charge.

Sick Policy- Please do not come if you are sick. We will do our best to reschedule you within 7 days if possible however, if you arrive visibly sick we have the right to refuse service and charge 100% of the service price.

Gratuities are not included in service price. All gratuities for service providers are at the guest’s discretion.

Under the advisement of the Oregon State Board of Massage Therapists, guests who appear to be intoxicated or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied services. A cancellation penalty may be applied if your service is canceled due to contraindication.

To ensure a relaxing environment for all spa guests, kindly silence your cell phone before entering the spa.
